    It’s a huge abdication of responsibility if that’s the case.

    It swept through the area. Everyone east of MT Airy got similar amounts although it my have accumulated more in colder spots.

    If DCA recorded more than a trace, it would obliterate the record. 

    I lived in Boulder for a year and this tops any temp swing snowstorm we got there.

     Probably a record. I think it was like 60 in March 2015 the day before it snowed, but this blows it out of the water.
