Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris.
  6. There was nothing bust about this event. The damage on the northern fringe of the DFW Metroplex shows that there is massive damage stretching nearly a mile in width including the Ray Rodgers Lake marina & RV park and nearby large mobile home park. In the areas around that lake is catastrophic and could be site of several more casualties.

  14. The 2nd supercell in Huntsville could potentially be winding up to touch down as it climbs Monte Santo in SE Huntsville. Update: there is a report of at least 1 funnel cloud over Monte Santo but potentially 2 funnel clouds
  15. Scottsboro is under it right now, and it might have briefly touched down again
  16. The second Madison County supercell is ramping up as it heads towards the west side of Huntsville.

  18. It's looking like as it climbs Sand Mountain that it could spin up another tornado again as it heads towards Scottsboro
  19. Per WAFF-TV, storm damage is confirmed in the 5 Points neighborhood of Huntsville
  20. It might have lift again but it definitely cycling again.

  22. Update: storm spotters have confirmed a tornado on the ground in SE Huntsville headed towards Gurley

  24. I believe Monte Santo aka Green Mountain is forcing this touch down as it heads towards Gurley
