  1. Decent blow through today while golfing. While we’ve had quite a few severe storms this season, nothing really that bad has whacked us yet.
  2. Had a nice shelf cloud and wind from that line. Tomorrow looks to be far of a day from a severe standpoint. I wouldn’t sleep on the tornado threat in this area either tomorrow
  3. Really rooting for severe weather around 4 PM on Tuesday. Golf league in 40 mph winds is less than ideal
  4. Amazing there’s no fatalities with a cell that violent. It really was a perfect confluence of ingredients; high SRH, an increasing LLJ, ample space from other storms and plenty of instability.
  5. Out of our sub but that’s an absolute beast of a tornado right now in Mississippi. Definitely EF3-EF4
  6. Just so much crowding with these storms today. I think they get too hyped on ingredients anymore, sure the SRH was great but they gotta have room to breathe
  7. That thing is absolutely buried inside that cell
  8. Eh everyone’s asleep. Heck my whole family is snoring right now
  9. Oh boy there’s definitely something on the ground in Taylor. Not great
  10. Pretty solid rain event here as well. Not much of a severe thunderstorm to be honest but helps the lawn. Now a tornado warning out by Ft Wayne
  11. That line looks pretty vicious west of Ft Wayne. Might see a lot of reports on a Ft Wayne-Van Wert-Lima trajectory this evening
  12. You can tell some of the bigger cores ripped through Wood County. Thankful I didn’t get that stuff around BG. Ready for the yo-yo temps to settle a bit, we just can’t seem to shake the cold yet
  13. Pretty wild little event here. Strong winds out of the NE with an approaching storm out of the west, insane watching clouds plow into each other like that. If we had a little more warmth there would have been a serious QLCS tornado event today, NW Ohio was just too impacted by the lake breeze. Props on the hail though, it’s been awhile since I’ve seen ping pong sized hail at the house
