Getting our first taste of 50 and sun today feels great. Even if we do come in below normal in snowfall, I feel the winter was one of the better ones we've had in several years. No banner lake effect snows, but alot of smaller ones + 2 big December system/lake enhanced snows. Not to mention no big winter thaw this year allowed for a good period of snow cover.

Nice steady snow out there this morning. Probably will be a cut off just SE of here, as there has been a persistent area of better snows here and NW.

Mentor should have picked up a few inches at least. Seems that band hung out in lake county for a while. I picked up just under 3" throughout the day and overnight.

Weird, the pc forecast now has 4-8" for today..... Not sure what that's about, maybe a glitch? There's definitely a lake response, but that seems extreme.

Let's hope it doesn't make it up this far. Small flake steady snow at the moment, but there are some heavier returns near Akron headed this way.

My guess is the rap is a little overdone, but it shows 12+ for a good chunk of northern ohio. Although.. it's actually close to what the Euro has been showing..

Ya seems like an over correction. Let's see how the rest of the runs go today. 12z hrr seems to show lake shore areas getting some enhancement.

Welcome back Buckeye, I totally agree with your first paragraph Glad to see a spread the wealth storm for all of Ohio. Classic 2004 or 2008 style would be nice.

So far, morning runs have mostly been good to Ohio. The Nam is getting a little uncomfortable with sliding southeast. At 10:1, still looking like a 6"+ event.

Lol but the Chinese govt doesn't lie! Here's a gem about the Wuhan virus. Almost as good as the pics of all those people (actors) in Wuhan collapsing in the streets last Jan.

That's better than nothing I suppose... We've had alot of smaller snowfalls lately, itching for a bigger storm. Maybe next week....
