Been a "top climo" summer. Endless days in the low 80's and the occasional nice boomer. Remove the flash drought and smoke, and we would have a season that is tough to top.

Dare I say… this mornings bullshit in Indiana forked SWMI once again by working over the atmosphere creating a rather large cold-pool, and only slowly advanced that cold-pool NE into the area while better untapped air pushed into northern Indiana?

For sure. Usually I run a bit drier than nearby stations, and rarely pop to the 80s 

93/83/117. May be the highest I have seen my weather station spit out.
