    1950 to 1977 crazy tornado history since then minor events outside of 1997 and 2010 or a couple isolated tors like Dexter. Also a couple of major events around 1900 as well as the first Palm Sunday event in 1920

    I saw this earlier on twitter and I couldn't believe it but it is true Nearly 3 years since DTX/GRR has had a tornado watch issued.

    All boils down to timing, right now the area from Chicago into MI/IN/NW OH look prime on short term models this afternoon with a wave coming out of the plains, also a warm frontal boundary lifts northward through the day.

    Decent pocket of MUCAPE coming in tomorrow, higher than tonight, along with stronger LLJ. I can see why they went SLGT.

    3km/12km NAM and Euro disagrees, it is more so for stuff Saturday evening, at the very least elevated hailers as a nose of the next LLJ moves in tomorrow evening.

    Yeah **** this weekend's weather, I have tickets for the Tigers game on Saturday and it might struggle to get to 50 while south of 80 its in the mid 80s. We've already been punished enough, this **** can end.
