Drive back from Blacksburg timed with the snow squall. Heavy sleet and snow. Roads weren’t great but it was nice to experience the wintry mix.

I have no idea what fell since I have Covid. Just diagnosed yesterday. I figure 4 inches of snow. And a ton of sleet and ice.

Not like we aren’t used to it. Whatever happens it has been a great distraction to the ongoing 2020 disaster not to mention a respite from our usual December waiting for snow (Godot?) convos.

I haven’t seen real snow for two years. The only good thing about 2020 is that we are tracking something now - DECEMBER - that may give us snow that we can count in ‘inches’. It is a freakin’ miracle in my book. Perspective people.
