Officially I am not in the LSV since I am on the other side of the South Mountain chain but close. Elevation is going to help my chances today. Parts of Franklin are in the LSV.
Rouzerville. Very light flakes. Have to stare to see them but I was out moving plants in and I kept feeling something on my skin and realized it was small flakes. And no its not dandruff.
Noticed this on TT:
On April 20-21, NCEP will impose restrictions on how fast its model data can be downloaded. This may impact the timeliness of some plots, but how much is yet unknown. Please bear with me if problems occur.
So does the LSV just get a frost warning or a full freeze warning? I have very reliable information that says a moderate frost should be proceeded by a freeze warning :-).
I would hope that if it just gets to near 30 there will not be major damage. A littlr worried here because we have been running several degrees colder than guidance on many of the chilly spring mornings and mid 20's will do damage.
