    I certainly would not place any bets on the RAP but like the long range HRRR, it can sniff out trends. RGEM took a step back from its fairly zealous 12Z maps.

    So we do not even do WWA in Franklin anymore. It's WSW or nothing. On an unrelated subject, Sheetz has an offer out where you pay $9.99 a month and can get unlimited french fries as long as you wait 2 hours between each serving. I thought that was damn funny.

    Every far southern PA county now has a WWA except Fulton, Franklin and Bedford.

    I say a lot depends on the water content. So your easy question just went to all hell. LOL. Also depends on length of surface. Small driveway and 2-3" seems like someone trying to show off their toys. LOL.
