  1. Its really not that far off others (except the old HRRR). its just been doing fairly well for the short term locations of the precip shield.
  2. Bob Chill and PSU will understand :-). Totally stopped here now. A small hole in the radar pivoted over me. Will be back soon.
  3. Maybe some mountain interference but...appears a little north. You can see the primary low in S VA as well but this area is spinning per se. Some energy hanging around North of the main low.
  4. The HRRR finally caved to the better looking event...caved to the Rap. LOL
  5. The roads here always seem to take a while but it is not at all cold out out. Still 30. Its a very, very wet snow. Giant flakes.
  6. 1" in the last 30 min and roads are caved. 2" total.
  7. 30. I put the pic up so it could be seen. Not laying on the roads anywhere here. Emmitsburg, smithsburg, etc
  8. Not complaining just pointing out its not caving the roads here yet. Pic. Ratios are going to be pretty bad right now.
  9. Sn+ but still 30 degrees and it does not even feel cold out. About 1" on the grass. Nothing on roads.
  10. We truly are getting to the point where a wsw may be warranted for the lsv.
  11. Yep. I should be mocked for promoting the rap except it just looks good so far.
  12. Cars and mulch caved here. Still too warm for roads. 31.
  13. So you need to do a virga accumulation and ground truth accumulation forecast.
  14. They did not want you to bash them so they give you maps that are more to your liking.
  15. A good old fashioned, solid snow storm! Thanks for doing that.
  16. Very surprised how well the Rap has been doing with placement of precip so going to give it another shout out. Could be a total screw up after the game is over but the map is still pretty for our forum. Latest run. Amazing consistency for Adams county.
  17. I believe even being in that "mountainous" area gets you enhancement. You get an inch or two more than downtown Fairfield. I would never travel Jack's mountain in a snowstorm. LOL
  18. If you live in one of those housing developments in the hills, the roads get terrible there during decent snows. Not sure how some of those suburbanites get out sometimes.
