  1. I did not take note of where I looked before. Just clicked on another area and the high was 77. Lake Pleasant? Cap City was at 75 or 76.
  2. I was looking at some random Phx area airport where the high has been 76 so far....(non midnight)
  3. Looks like the non Midnight high at Phoenix will be similar to Capital City PA airport today. Phoenix did have warmer temps at midnight though,
  4. Just one game. Let's see how they react next week. They were winning in the second half today.
  5. A crazy 77 at almost 2pm in Waynesboro. Looks like cap city is 75. @candersonftw. Also Mad Elf on the shelf at giant.
  6. Country club course in Waynesboro was the busiest I ever say it. People waiting to tee off at each hole.
  7. Nooners in Waynesboro. 71 and sunny. Super windy.
  8. Headed out to enjoy this beauty. 56 and sunny.
  9. I forgot that this was a 5 game series so only one game to go for advance!
  10. You beat me by 6 this AM. 43 for the low. Feels like a mid 70's day....maybe upper at CXY.
  11. Exciting to watch this run. Would be great to down the Braves.
  12. Finally, someone who can best Capital City!
  13. Capital City has hit 70 or higher five days in a row now. Shows the models under estimating temps and the risk of using the 18Z (2PM right now) maps as high temps,,.plus a little wonderment about CXY as an official station though area local temps matched it in many cases.
  14. 69 in the 'Ville at 3:15. Looks like Lanco is basking in quite a few low 70's on WU. CXY has punched their 70 ticket for the day.
  15. @Itstrainingtime, looks like the GFS is back to showing a hardish freeze for some areas so you will have to pull back "good call" from me for at least 6 hours :-). It does show 3 consecutive days with low 80's for highs the following Mon-Wed so good news/bad news on 12Z today.
  16. 63 and sunny at 11:58Am. Parsing the nooner WU map shows the foggy areas are a bit behind but those in the sun are mostly into the low to mid 60's with a few upper 60's scattered in.
  17. Yea, a big difference from the Hard Freeze progs about a week ago. Not sure if NWS issues a freeze warning for the borderline temps shown on this Am runs (if that verified) but could trend down.
  18. Central LSV issues. Totally sunny on this side of the mountain. Up to 52.
  19. @canderson, I see where you are getting your mid 70's predict for tomorrow...I should have guessed it right off the bat....Mr. Hot Stuff EC. LOL
  20. I am good with it, the sun is not nearly as drying now so I get a couple days off from watering. Growing season is coming to an end sometime in the next few weeks. Trying to get some grass rooted and tall enough to survive the cold and hibernate into next year.
  21. Ended up with a total of .35": of rain. About what I expected here after seeing all the dry slotting on modeling. 42 degrees this AM. Weekend still looks great for those who want to get out and do stuff. Near or over 70 each day (possibly including today) in the warmer spots. Today may not make 70 in many places but will be watching CXY to see if they continue their hot streak.
  22. You are going to outdo me in a big way. A skinny line of maybe .10" type rains coming and not much else on the radar behind it. Still 71 here.
  23. The GFS is a little cooler for the possible freeze early next week....low to mid 30's instead of mid to upper. CMC has the real freeze late next week with plentiful 20's. Piping hot, off the presses, 10:1.
