Storm 3 is mostly a rainer on the Euro. A little Ice in the wester part of the forum.

Euro is not far off from the GFS as to Storm 2 but again it is elongated and strung out so there could be more than one instance of snow.

At the expenses of DT and Short Pump it would be better if the system(s) on the GFS were more amped and more singular like yesterday.

Storm #3 leaves the trough pretty shallow for any potential storm 4/Love -n- plenty system.

Storm #3 on the GFS is a cutter/transfer and cold barely holds for the front end WAA...I do not remember all the names but was this the Nutcracker or something like that?

I would not be surprised if it snowing when I wake up tomorrow like you mention. Would rather it not be so I can get some stuff done tomorrow AM.

Next Wave on Icon continues light snow and mix over PA into Thurs. Can call this Storm 3 if you want but more a strung out mess of energy. Total snow is 4-10" for most of this board.

Icon a lot like 12Z yesterday for storm #2. First piece of energy misses to the south but a weak coastal low forms to throw some snow PA on Wed.

Icon is rolling. Storm #1 looked about the same as other depicts. Here it is Quiet before the 'Storm 2' possibility. No precip in I would guess 99% of the country at this moment. Nice track set up for a second storm.

The Rap is streaking WAA qpf in (mostly south) near daybreak tomorrow. Something to watch. Early arrival allows it to fall as snow.

I am just such a big poster, I could not keep up with other threads. But not my call. I can pull back. If anything, though I do not feel it is needed, the board could split East to West -or- North/South. . Sometimes I make the mistake of saying something that does not apply to much of the board and other people here do the same.

The GFS lost 1-2 feet from when I saw it yesterday. Nothing more than model discussion though.
