  1. Some of that snow pulls back in two panels so not as good as it was starting to look at least into the evening.
  2. 1028 High in a better position than the previous run. Retreating high with SW flow coming around leads the low to our west (GS and GEM actually not that far apart at 500) but on the GFS and GEM it attacks instead of heading up into almost Lake Erie.
  3. Euro looks like 1-4 for the LSV and South PA concerning Tue/Wed.
  4. Need the heavy part since the 540 Line is well to the north.
  5. It actually ticked, literally ticked as in very little change, north from 6Z as to the areas that get the 1-3". It did restrain the top of the shield a bit. I went from 2.8 to 3.1. GEM with some healthy extra accums (like the rgem.)
  6. Some people debate that but I understand. Some maps have the LSV going up to Sunbury and the MSV from there to near the NY line.
  7. My call reminds 3-6 for the LSV :-). Been that way since wed or Thur.
  8. You can see some flakes here even you do not squint.
  9. Also the late start has people (some here too) thinking it is not going to happened.
  10. Rain at 26 is not good. The salt truck just came around. Plows up!
  11. Moderate freezing rain and 26 here. Roads already iced over (development roads)
  12. I agree that the word plowable should mean 3-4" plus. But in today's hyper safe world, if there is even a coasting on the road they plow it. If we get 1-2" of snow the plows will be rolling on the interstates. Some of it depends on weather after the storm too. 2" of snow and temps headed to the 50's and maybe they do not roll.
  13. They plowed during the sleet this last week. LOL.
  14. They plow here for anything on the road. Even 1". With that said I did not check thermals that closely re: laying on the road. I just looked at the final accums.
  15. Plows down for much of LSV early next week on the rgem and gfs. 1-3"
  16. It is the Nam which IMO has not done all that great this winter, but that run is a decent one for us.
  17. Well that may have spread over us on the next panel and it is way too close to shit the blinds on it. This is one of those situations where models are not going to do well with keying on the right energy.
  18. Nam is much more amped than 12Z but the high is centered over Philly so going to be tough to get too much North.
  19. I hope the Nam shows a hit for Tue so the negative nellies can feel better and enjoy their weekend.
