  1. A super nice low of 58 this Am. Apple Pie and Picnic Basket type weekend with just scattered showers today and Sunday on Meso's.
  2. Got within 8 and were it not for two bad travels (good calls, bad plays) the Mavs had a chance to get back in it. Those two plays turned the game right back around again.
  3. That was the initial issue with weather forecasting at which point a smart forecaster changed the wording from Rain today to Chance of Rain today. Viola, everyone feels good about themselves all the time. I will go out on a limb and say there is a chance you see the sun later today however there is also a chance you do not.
  4. Have to say it, it is tuning up for summer with that cut off out this way. LOL
  5. A little over 1/4". The rains really took off to our East. HRRR has a bit more later this AM. Some over 2" totals in SE Adams and SW York county.
  6. https://www.cnn.com/2024/06/05/climate/12-months-record-heat-un-speech/index.html
  7. Gotcha. I said that because watching game 2 I saw a lot of empty seats up top. Maybe people left early.
  8. Is it possible they do not sell out? A very mild 70 this AM.
  9. And those nickel and dimers would do little to help now. If it is not going to rain 1/2-1" per week in June and July, the grass is toast. We cannot all live in Marysville!
  10. My grass, which is turning to straw despite having a lot more rain than many, is calling it something. I just mowed and 2/3 of it really had not grown so mower on the shelf for now. Looks like MDT scored a 90 as did I. Will wait for MDT to make sure it is not an 89.
  11. Expanding the dates out to lessen the effects is good for a longer-term view of it but 6/10 or 8/13 (if you go down to spot 13) are both near 60%. Out of a 135 summers, 60% of our top 10 has occurred in only 10% of our possible years (14/135). This was in response to me saying MU's forecast was not too bad as we seemingly push breaking records for new hottest summer almost every year now.
  12. I can see your point on average, but Min has probably been more of the judged number on this board vs. max. 90/60 is better than 85/75.
