It is 56 degrees at 9AM only 4 days from being 1/6 of the way through Summer.

CMC has punted the heat wave now as well (though still has a couple days in the low 90's). And look at this Sat predict from the GFS.

Hershey has lost their buffer. One bounce and their season could be over now. They have to get the injuries out of their head and play as one team without the other players. Their offense is not nearly as potent right now. If I suited up, one bounce and I am in the hospital or worse.

The Bears scored with 49 seconds left fwiw....to make the whole thing way worse giving up the tying goal 17 seconds later. Bears issue is the injuries. Hopefully they get Dube and Frank back.

The GFS is basically punting any heat wave for the next week. I agree the Euro is frequently too hot though in this case the CMC was broiling as well.

12Z GFS only had 2 days above 90 at 18Z for its entire run....let's see if it hold serve against the broiling hot CMC and Euro "heat domes". This Sat highs in the low 70's and lows in the 50's on the 12Z GFS. 18Z has mid to upper 80s for Thur and Fri before some rain arrives late Friday. 75-80 for highs Sat....sweet Chamber day.

ITT has already banged 2-3 90's. GFS says no heat wave until late June which is a bit surprising.

GFS has fortunately lessened the possibility of a bad position of an Atlantic ridge which yesterday was showing a very hot period later mid-June. Meanwhile....potted plant watch in early Mid-June for Bradford?

Got within 8 and were it not for two bad travels (good calls, bad plays) the Mavs had a chance to get back in it. Those two plays turned the game right back around again.

That was the initial issue with weather forecasting at which point a smart forecaster changed the wording from Rain today to Chance of Rain today. Viola, everyone feels good about themselves all the time. I will go out on a limb and say there is a chance you see the sun later today however there is also a chance you do not.

A little over 1/4". The rains really took off to our East. HRRR has a bit more later this AM. Some over 2" totals in SE Adams and SW York county.
