    In my township they do it on Halloween regardless of day but I know a lot of other areas do it like yours does.

    LOL, ok more candy for me I guess. Doubt any kids come around around if it is raining and windy.

    How do they deal with that if it is down pouring? Move to another day? In some areas of the country they only holds trick or treat on a certain day of the week regardless where Oct 31 falls.

    We ended up at 71. Saw Cap City made it to 76 yesterday, Wow.

    Could hit 70 two days this week....or 68-70. Already at 68 here. Have to admit that it is nice out regardless of yearning for snow.

    Not sure if it is the rain or just late color but the trees have been outstanding the last few days.

    In Green Bay. Has some up-slope/LES type stuff for PA the following week. Euro makes a run for the 70's Tue and Wed and not far from that Thursday.

    Its much calmer here now as well. At about 7:30 is calmed down. We live right on the side of "South Mountain", one of many mountains with that same name, so our winds are sometimes crazy. Winds were blowing all night so it was more than a front passage but had not looked to see what was causing it. Edit-And my trash can really was down. That was not just a salute to @canderson. LOL.

    NWS mentioned the end of the growing season...I don't know. I just mowed my grass and its not done growing. Could see 70 on Monday.

    This is spot on. Disney is being taken out to the woodshed with their star wars land not doing anything near what they expected. To counter it a bit I would be afraid to tell anyone the coast is clear right now either. I was supposed to go to the billmar earlier next week but pulled out myself. Should be some good deals for last minutes deals that locals can snag.
