    Haven't seen it yet (5 minutes away) but some Einstein though this would deter speeding. If anything it would promote drunk driving because you would be swerving anyways.     Place a bet on the under while there's still time. Phillies O/U is between 90.5 - 91.5 which I think is fair. They had 95 wins last season and I think they are better/healthier this year...
