  1. May Maybe I'm missing something but the call of 9-15" "NJ along the coast" seems way high and much above average. Atlantic City average snowfall is 5.9".
  2. Grrrr... 6ABC 2024 Winter Outlook: Just like last year, we expect no real lengthy periods of cold, just a few brief shots. So overall, temperatures look to be on the mild side, with more in the way of rain or mixed precipitation events rather than those classic snowstorms. This will give us another winter with below-average snowfall. Snow predictions Lehigh Valley: about 22 to 28 inches Philadelphia: around 14 to 20 inches Jersey Shore along the coast: 9 to 15 inches With video: https://6abc.com/post/how-much-snow-2024-winter-forecast-philadelphia-pennsylvania-new-jersey-delaware/15571389/#:~:text=Just like last year%2C we,winter with below-average snowfall.
  3. Mix around 5-6:30 then mainly snow (light) 6:30-8:30 then back to mix 8:30-9:30. Now, light rain w/maybe a odd ball flake mixed in, 36F. Saw/received some flakes which is fine. Maybe some stuff around thanksgiving...
  4. Eat dinner at 6pm. Have a couple nightcaps from 7 to 9pm and maybe a sleeping pill or melatonin. Set alarm for/ between 3-4am Wake up bright eyed and bushy tailed to see some flakes...easy as that. I do think at the very least we'll see a mix w/snow and a complete sloppy wet snow turnover at some point seems pretty likely as well. 42F/Rain
  5. Ch6 winter outlook tomorrow at 11pm. Yeah, it's a crapshot but what the hell... 57F/Cloudy
  6. Cecily mentioned this yesterday...probably a little after midnight my way and 1-2am for Philly.
  7. Same. Just want to see some flakes falling...just to know it's still possible. 59F/Cloudy Accu weather throwing out a chance of a thunder banger. Good 2 days heading in...rain, snow chance, possible T-storm and a gusty. Best weather in months. There's our rain stuff out W...Pitt radar.
  8. Still don't think Siriani is a great coach, average. The biggest difference is new defensive and offensive coordinators. Fangio and Moore. More so Fangio and the defense... Total night and today from last year.
  9. Know it well. Happened as well when I lived in Limerick/Royersford area and heading to work on Rt422E at sunrise doing 70mph then right over a hill...BAM, blinded. Many of the backups on that road in the morning were because of the sun. Then to make matters worse, accidents would happen. I would easily take a cloudy day/snow covered road then that sun crap... 58F/Sunny
  10. He either croaked or realized posting weenies all day wasn't a productive way of life...profile appears he closed shop.
  11. I'm not a big "sunny all the time" kinda guy. Squint too much and driving can be a PITA when you make a turn and get drilled in the eyes. Like some clouds drifting by time to time or my favorite, overcast with pending precip... Sunny/54F
  12. Okay, kind of paranoid IMO. No one is going to know where you live by giving out a township, borough etc. Greater Philadelphia Area is kind of useless...
  13. Yep, 65F. Drops like a rock though once sunset arrives.. 58F/Sunset, dark/5pm
  14. Just a thought...."Greater Philadelphia Area (here)" isn't really a location. It would be best to be more exact in your profile so others would have a idea what area you are speaking about... 62F/Sunny
  15. Just now,Adam Joseph is discussing the size and brightness of the Moon. Strap up and get your mind out of the gutter but it's called the "Beaver" Moon....
  16. Birds winning/1st place is the only thing keeping me somewhat sane during this nightmare weather stretch...
  17. This is the juicy run, overnight run will slice it to .25 or less... 51F/sunset
  18. At Stoney Creek Park in Lansdale. First picture is a stock google photo. Second is today while visiting. Been there many times, lowest I've ever seen it.... 54F/Sunny
  19. Weekend looks to be 60-63F and it appears no "real" rain event through the end of the month. Ironically and sad to say we may be happy with 33F/and substantial rain as we head into winter due to the drought even though we are getting shafted out of snow... 53F/DP 38F/Super sunny
