Understood but what you look at is the banding signals . They’ve all shown the same area. I’m not looking at amounts. If I was , I’d be thinking 6-12”. They’ve all shown that spine sw of ORH down thru here down to Hebron as a mini Jack. That’s the takeaway
3-6” is certainly possible. The models we’ve trusted the most over the years show that and then some . The Euro midlevels look fantastic and argue for more. For now thinking is about 4”. If 12z continues to stay the course then we up.
Just back from a nice 4 miler . Helped to clear head and think things over. I do now think this is legit coming ..Still unsure on amounts . But think 4” or more is probable
We’ve hit a bunch in Westfield recently. Skyline, Great Awakening . Also hit Vanished Valley twice in Ludlow and Rustic in Indian Orchard. Just great all around experiences
This was last Napril 18th with almost 6”. For some reason, I thought we were ahead blooming wise this year over last. But it’s almost exactly the same as tonight.
If I’m Pickles and I’ve loaded the car with 3 medium to longer haired dilfs.. I’d be heading for Mitch’s property and asking him if they can all stay there
I don’t think anyone under about 3-400 feet will see accumulation anywhere in New England. You’re going to really be near and above 500 feet.. even way up north . I’m wearing a close vest sweater on this
Euro, GFS, NAM, HRRR all show 3-6+ here. If we chop that in half which is likely .. 2-4 “ seems legit. That’s almost unanimous. I think all my snow should it occur happens tomorrow night into early Fri. Nothing substantial after that
