I think that was the hardest rain I've ever experienced. Lasted about 15 minutes. The run-off from the street into the river sounds like a waterfall.

This post led me to having a dream last night of a June snow squall. Meanwhile starting out at 50* for a progged high of 72*. Top 10 COC day on tap.

What a cold crappy day yesterday was at my conference in Burlington. Rain, 59*. Oy. Still better than HHH but not by much. Eager to blow out of here later this morning.....should be getting some casts in by 2:00 at Pit2. Great weekend ahead. Fishing, chainsaws, and some lawn projects. What a ombo.

The lawn's thriving here. Lush and mowing it every 7 days (could do it 5-6 but I don't have the time nor ambition)

Just a little more than 9 miles--but 87 here at Pit1, 69 at Pit2. I'd rather be at the latter.
