With a goal to get down to the Cape and me moving into a state of retirement/semi-retirement, we decided to sell Westborough and rent in Providence (where my wife works) for a year. The house in Westborough just went on the market, so I need to keep up with that lawn until it goes under contract.

Yeah---really surprised. Looks pretty dry along/north of the Pike so I might still be able to mow Westborough. Having 3 lawns to take care of kind of sucks.

We've only had a shower so far, and it's a bit warmer: 58*.

Yesterday turned into a cool beaut of a day. I think we stayed in the 60's, but the sun felt warm once it broke through. It was cold on the water--glad I had brought my coat on the boat. Hoping the sun will dislodged today's clouds soon.

Lol. our wedtborough house hit the market today. We’re renting in Providence for a year with an eye to getting something on the cape in the spring. meanwhile, heading to pit2 in the morning.

Some good flashes and thunder here at Pit2 last night around 7:30-8:30. Not sure how much rain we got then, but it was torrential.
