  1. Sounds a little like your and Dew's HHH forecasts.
  2. Who cares what the EPS say? The GFS says mix.
  3. Congrats, Hoth! Per GFS, any mid-week snow that does materialize is short-lived as it gets washed away by the late-week inside runner. Snow retention fail. 4* here, 14* at the airport.
  4. Only 10 days out.....what could possibly go wrong?
  5. On the plus side, the city will be able to finish its leaf pick-up.
  6. At least we have a cool day today and a chill tonight to allow us to temporarily forget the impending disaster.
  7. Well, I managed 4 days straight of snow. Picked up a couple inches in central PA this afternoon, was snowing pretty good when I left with perhaps 6 by the time it's done. Back at PIT now (the real PIT) awaiting my return to BOS.
  8. Well 6 hours later, I’m finally going to board my flight. So glad I’m getting out.
  9. Some here might argue December isn’t a winter month.
  10. Glad you’re running ahead. Do you realize this is the New England forum?
  11. ORH gusted to what appears to be 39. Happy Thanksgiving, Weenies.
  12. Looks exactly like the map you had posted earlier--nicely done. There must be some pretty shoddy construction in the Construction State. Actually--whatever happened to all the houses that were build on faulty foundations?
  13. Hell.....didn't that CMC +that was posted show a max of 3"? A third of that is serviceable. Off to bed....
  14. Well beggars can't be choosers. Looks a little weaker than the 12z run.. Someone might want to take the honors and jinx us all by starting a thread. It won't be me.
  15. A couple of good flashes and some distant thunder. Similar to many SNE severe events.
  16. Early season CAA W-NW gusts help me in that regard.
  17. Nothing to worry about this year, per gfs.
  18. Tell me about it. Better yet is as you hit the end of 95 in Houlton and head north on Rt 1 toward PQI.
  19. Here in Worcester, you just put the leaves in the street and the city takes them away. Well, they haven't come to my street yet. Not sure what to expect if we get snow.
  20. I was up in Bangor a couple weeks back. They refer to everything from Portland south as "northern Massachusetts". Aside from not being able to decipher these at all, does anyone else find these reminiscent of the Nazi's melting in Raiders of the Lost Ark? That's actually very useful for many in this forum.
