I had already give up on my area and then a lee trough special starts showing up. This weenie will take it!

FWIW, the High Res NAM is a lot further NW than regular NAM

How I feel tracking two decent hits in less than a week

As usual, the precipitation battle lines will be drawn, and we won't know them until it's nowcasting time

Euro bringing the love for Friday! Looks like a fresh 6+ inches for I-85 corridor. Raleigh gets a foot.

And fantasy range has a storm coming the next week. 3 storms in 3 weeks, Maybe we can go for the triple crown!

Looks like front end snow for you and then a sleet fest. As for MBY, it’s a freezing rain storm. Ready for some power outages.

Hey, I was in Gastonia then, I went thru that shi* too. But the accumulation maps for ZR seem to be going that way. I’d love to be wrong , but the warm nose always makes us it’s bitch.

The closer we get the more it’s looking close to a December 2002 redux, in regards to precipitation type and amounts
