The 00Z Euro shows something I have never seen here and more like the plains- It has Asheville getting down to 10 degrees or colder on Sunday night then rain/mix less than 8 hours later.

Temps may be an issue here but I think we are in a prime spot for heavy precip with the flow direction. I'm sure there will be some surprises with this storm good and bad. I don't think your forecast is bad just think Asheville may have slightly less precip especially with this type of flow

Ward only has me at 1-3 in the foothills but 6 to 10 in Asheville. We'll see.
