37/27 already…definitely headed for the coldest night of the season so far. Looking forward to seeing snow falling on the Ring cameras.

First snowfall map of the season from LWX. Flakes should be flying in the mountains from upslope snow showers. I expect light accumulations especially for the ridges above 2,700’ feet.
We’re hosting Thanksgiving in Deep Creek this year. Reminds me of 2018 when we had 7” fall a few days before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately that year was less than 50% of climo out there.
Light rain here this morning in Moultonborough, NH but the afternoon brought clearing skies. We went to Castle in the Clouds this afternoon which offered fantastic views of the mountains and lakes.
The DNR is expecting peak in the county on October 15 but I suspect the highest points in the county (3,000+ feet) will be now through then.

Hello from Quechee, VT where its sunny and 70 degrees. We’re heading to Meredith, NH tomorrow for five days on Lake Winnipeaukee. I love New England this time of year.
