  1. Oh yeah, that storm that ruined my plans for a day trip to DC. At least the Blues/Caps game went on as scheduled.
  2. It looks nice while it lasted. Just a cold rain here now, not even pingers. Sucks because a shift 15 miles or so south and we could have joined in on the fun.
  3. Heavy, fat flakes falling in Dundalk. Looks nice out there
  4. Started snowing here in Dundalk, nice snow TV sticking a bit on my grass and ornaments
  5. 4-6 here is a win for me. If the storm nudges a bit to the S/SE I'll take the boost in totals. Either way I just don't want cold white rain. (And Mappy enjoy your big time hit!)
  6. I'll be happy with 6-8 inches here. I think anything over that is a plus. Gonna be shoveling for the first time in a while.
  7. I'll take this and be happy, in fact for December a lot of us will be happy with this.
  8. In the orange band? What the heck I'll take it.
  9. The "best" part of this whole Ravens/Steelers debacle is the game is at 340 on Wednesday...so NBC can show the Rockefeller tree lighting at 8.
  10. Tornado watch in Eastern Maryland, WSW in Western MD. Has that ever happened?
  11. More have. The game is still on for Tuesday.
  12. Three months after Hurricane Marco the Pacific responded:
  13. I am still trying to wrap my head around how wearing a mask to help prevent the spread of COVID became political. Or worse the people that equate mask wearing with Nazi Germany. I wear one on the rare times I go out because I want to NOT wear one all of next year.
  14. BWI: 4.2" DCA: 3.4" IAD: 5.1" RIC: 2.8" Tiebreaker (SBY or LYH): SBY - 2.1"
  15. I lean to 2010 over the past storm for a more personal reason, it was right before my first son was born.
  16. I was only 2 during PD I, and there's a picture of me standing next to a snow drift in our back yard almost twice as big as me. Still I got to go with Snowmadgeon I. That was just impressive to watch the snow piling up
  17. Didn't feel anything here in Dundalk
  18. Thankfully not I. The idea is basically the two are in a straight line, and the ends cause the middle to "snap" like a rubber band. Again, not my idea. I chalk today up to **** happens out of the blue, and earthquakes happen everywhere
  19. There's a theory that this, combined with the quakes in Colorado today is going to put pressure in the middle...New Madrid, MO
