My power was 445p til 1202am. Especially frustrating given that the neighborhood on the other side of the woods behind my house never lost it. Big chunks of Odenton/crofton were in the dark last night.

Lol. You live in Baltimore city with an avg annual snowfall bordering on 20”. Check the expectations.

Measured 5” on the mark. That makes for the second snowfall this season of 5” or more. Not bad for AA Co. Still need a few more inches to hit climo on the season.

Most, if not all, guidance is showing the 2nd piece has little to no winter wx impact for most in this sub. Some folks may start with a period of winter wx, but it’s mostly rain.
