  1. NAM is ugly the whole weekend around here.
  2. Probably in the 50s and cloudy? I suppose a few breaks could occur. With any luck near 60.
  3. I was meaning more from a synoptic standpoint during the weekend. Tomorrow will be up north and then probably into central MA/ern CT/RI along backdoor.
  4. I'm leaning more cloudy and stein. Some rain, but not much. At least our areas.
  5. I saw. Friend of ours was telling us as she is affected. Assholes. Nothing like putting pressure on a system already overwhelmed.
  6. Still a lot of discrepancy with QPF this weekend. EPS soaks. Some models are more ern areas. I think Saturday could have dry periods, especially western areas, but it’s cloudy and chilly if it’s not raining. Shit period coming up. Friday thunder chances look good up north and then probably along back door somewhere in central MA to near CT/RI border.

  8. I’ll sell the inches of rain, but could be periodically wet and just crummy.
  9. I've always suspected their amounts, and it was confirmed by others who skied too. I'm aware of mesoscale nuances, but they aren't all that far from you either. Maybe you can argue they may do better on NW flow upslope, but I think you could make a case for those W-WSW lake streamers plowing into Mansfield as being better for you too. If you add it up, the stark differences between Stowe and Jay don't make sense to me.
  10. I'll start it. Jay Peak always sticks out. Tossed. I know where they are..the Jay cloud and all that..but time and time again...it just doesn't pass the smell test. Kudos to Stowe who do things right.
  11. Classic WF EML morning SVR preview to late day SVR.
  12. We were talking about that a week ago. I remember it. Two days later another high end severe event occurred too.
  13. This weekend into next week is tricky as jerry alluded to. Could be a crummy stretch. Not really sure what to make of it yet.
  14. Yep, driven through there at night. It's real and it's spectacular.
  15. Yep. But even the local coop guy here is only a hair AN. I’d say overall been near to BN here. Mostly driven by nights.
  16. Boston is warm because of the lack of rad cooling. PVD was like -1.7 when I checked.
