I used to despise the heat. Working outside during college and shortly after before I got into weather.....summers killed me. But I definitely enjoy it more now that I have kids.

Luckily near the ocean the kids can cool off. They also have other water activities etc. Memory stuff I'm talking about are vacations, weekends etc. Lots of fun times at the beach, lake, or pool.
