One of my coworkers lives at 1850’ near signal mtn in TN. Just got above freezing today after dropping below on the 14th. Nights in the single digits with 5-6” of snow last week and ice that caused him to lose power. Locals say worst outage since 93.

Boy we pray we made the American Model great again. That’s such a huge change. EPS did trend colder in the 6-10 day but warmed up after.

That is an interesting evolution though. When is the last time we had mild temps followed by the infusion of arctic air into a storm? That's like one of those Colonial tales of yore lol. Thou was enjoying the day prior to a bitter tempest following thy day after. Cattle blown away and Jebediah's house doth lost its roof.
