On the euro, it's too bad Erin feels that weakness around hr 186 and moves north. Otherwise that other trough diving into the GL might raise a few eyebrows, but it's way too late verbatim. Look at that massive gyre north of Maine.

Looks like might’ve been a little solar contamination earlier, 92.2 in the shade. Still pretty freaking hot.

There is zero wind today. You can tell me about lower dews and Sun angle all you want, it feels like one of the hotter days of the year.

I mean it's relative because 850 Ts climo are cooler on 8/20 vs 7/20. But doesn't seem like a Fall crisp shot.

They'll be a 2 day shot of some cooler weather, but 850T anomalies on the EPS are maybe -1C? Not exactly back breaking. I think we warm again after, but the 00z EPS tried to remain a bit cooler. We'll see if that changes today.
