Nice layout there. A pool is always a plus. My wife and I were making some moves on houses this summer and a pool was certainly on my list after COVID this year. But the market being insane and us being comfortable where we are, has us staying put for now.

Op was a good fropa Monday, I went with the EPS. Next week could get real hot for a couple of days before we cool off nicely. We'll see if the heat backs off as we are on the nrn periphery of the heat dome.

Dews are dews though. Doesn't have to be 95 for the lid to be stuck to cheeks. But to your argument, fropas will be happening too. Just expect the word "kohler" to be a semi-permanent tattoo on your bum from time to time.

57.6. I believe I tickled that when we had that cool spell in mid July, otherwise coolest since June. Looks like we torch for a couple days next week and then Scooter high it down into next weekend. Retorch in early September.
