    No, if it happens great...but I'm not getting my hopes up here. Basically, I don't care lol. I do like the look after day 10 and it finally may be showing signs of something fun. Lets hope that stays.

    I agree if the airmass is marginal, but the coast will have issues generally when this happens. You need a decent antecedent airmass. If that happens with a good high to the north, they'll be ok. I had almost 5" of snow on 10/30/20 with SSTs in the 50s.

    Not according to some stats. Maybe it nails 500 heights over the Galápagos Islands, but the surface results here leave something to be desired.

    That’s just another attn grabbing headline. We know solar matters little there and it’s driven by WAA. Just like we break records at night from that with those cutters. I didn’t see this 5 month stat. We’re warming, but let’s put things into context too. Anchorage also had a frigid period in the winter and spring 2021.

    They had some all time cold in AK setting records too in November. So cold that those temps would be too 10 cold even in December. And Denali record snow. It’s not all warmth either.

    Agree. In the end I’m sure it will be a few OES streamers into the Cape.
