  1. It was a reason I tossed around a B-. We’re only talking a few points, but December and March were terrible. I give out As to upper echelon years and a B+ is near that. This was not even close to it. Honestly if we had a few minor events in December and March it would a be much higher grade. But to get very little snow during those months is not good at all.
  2. I’ll call an avg winter a C(75). That’s for temps and snow. With over 60” for snow this year that’s a solid winter. Pros this year were the blizzard (hours in a deformation band which was a first for a storm like that). The storm earlier in January was a great band as well. Cons were December and March. Hardly any snow which was terrible. Like Will said, just couldn’t really get a sustained pack going. Would start to vanquish shortly after it fell. I’ll grade it around 78-79.
  3. Yep. Time to tap some of that solar power to get back to my ancient Portuguese farming relatives and get the color. Haha.
  4. Yeah today actually was decent. Definitely got some sun today while raking.
  5. Yeah it’s subjective, but if you give it a F, then to me maybe you were too high for the grade end of January?
  6. BDL had almost 5” on 2-25 in the SWFE. You have had events more than 2”.
  7. It’s cleared out nicely, but it’s just chilly and blustery. It’s like hangover breathe of winter. Akin to Summer warmth in late September/early October. Just be done with already.
  8. We’ve had way worse where you are. How do you go from a B+ to a F?
  9. Looks like after the 12th or so we could get some Napril going.
  10. When your sittin’ in a Chevy and the drizzle’s kinda heavy... Wheel O Rhea......Wheel O Rhea....
  11. I just don’t care lol. Only thing I care about is 32F really. You should get a stratus since your gauge overmeasures. I don’t trust mine.
  12. When is the procedure for your outie to become an innie?
  13. True, but unlike in the growing season, it goes straight to the reservoirs. That's what I was getting at.
  14. It wasn't that much needed. Nothing really grows in March. Deficits in precip from Jan-Mar mean shit.
  15. Stein has come again! Stein!...............Stein!...............................Stein!!!
  16. Amazing to think this is what it looked like still 7 years ago lol.
  17. Might even be a tad below to be honest. December and March were killers.
