  1. GEFS still want a more wintry look with split flow and overrunning.
  2. ORH still got 2' and NE Mass over 24-30". . But eastern CT did not do that well.
  3. Well I definitely agree it did not encompass a lot of geographical area for sure.
  4. Needs work. Although the fronto band stuff could happen over the interior. I do feel like it wouldn't take much to get something like the ICON. Not writing it off yet around here, but I'm also not all in.
  5. It's close to becoming a longer duration (albeit maybe not heavy) event for the coast.
  6. I feel like if it did not hit someone's backyard...it seems to get downplayed. If aerial coverage is weighed in, sure. But saying something "in the least plausible way" insinuates something limped into that category. I don't see how you can say that?
  7. That will be memorable. 40-60mph winds and hours in a deformation band? That won't happen again like that.
  8. No that one likely may be a one timer in terms of impacts and what it did. It's up there with '78. But I will say, that ( two weeks ago) was probably the harshest conditions I have seen for so many hours.
  9. A blizzard is defined by metrics, not aerial coverage, so I don't agree with Tip. Maybe he worded it wrong.
  10. But it's not cheating if it effects millions of people in a big metro area. I don't agree with that. What could have been in terms of aerial coverage and what occurred I think are different things.
  11. It starts off as a fronto band of snow behind the front and then as the low develops, morphs into more of a CCB. I actually mentioned this yesterday as a good solution that would be ideal, and the ICON does it lol.
  12. All kidding aside, need the varsity models showing this too.
  13. That's how you do it with the nrn stream. But, it is the ICON.
