  1. Don't forget eastern CT into where Will lives near 90/495. It's not just a SE thing.
  2. I've seen it much windier, but not those rates for 6hrs. Usually like you said it's more prolonged, but with lower rates. I always wondered how it would stack with less wind. We had quite a bit of wind until the near end.
  3. I went through the Jan blizzard thread for nostalgia last night. What a pants tent. At some point you and I will cower in a corner while the interior beats us with a snow shovel.
  4. Friday into Saturday will be oppressive for sure. Better deep layer moisture 850 and below.
  5. We'll have to watch early next week as a plume of warm 850 Ts move in. Could be another nasty period. Meanwhile 79 here with a seabreeze.
  6. Looks like dews in low 60s here. Maybe inland it mixes out.
  7. Looks like after a mild down, we heat up again. Augdewst.
  8. How did you do in July? I saw the bodies in srn VT did well.
  9. I’d kill for that. This is absurd.
  10. Nice. I still don’t know exactly where you live in Moosup
  11. Steve, didn’t you say you had a family member tell you it rained heavy prior to ‘38? Like a few days earlier?
  12. 1938, 1944, 1955. is trying to tell us something
  13. Nah they are going good just south of me. If anything they have developed quite a bit. Can hear thunder.
  14. Looks like rain for Tblizz. COC teased here.
  15. Anybody ever see turkeys absolutely dig the crap out of plant beds? They destroyed a few of my plants. Feel like the drought has them going wild.
  16. Yep. There is a big cold pool underneath the EPAC warm anomalies, so we'll see how that works into it.
  17. An active EPAC is not indicative of Nina, and will increase shear over the Atlantic. The SST anomalies have Nina removed from EPAC and moved west. Sort of interesting.
  18. Just trying to make rainfall great again.
