  1. I guess maybe if your south of the city..... like another poster said. The subforum is NOT just the city and south. People do live north of the city as WELL!!!!!!!
  2. enough with these 10:1 maps..... this is a MUCH colder storm and DGZ looks prime for ratios higher than the norm.
  3. Yes it looks to be a really quick fast powerful thump of snow! I think Kutchera for areas north of the city are pretty spot on... maybe not the 12" but 10" 20 miles north of the city is doable. city should be fine with 3-6" south
  4. ratios arent going to be 10:1 dude get over it!!!!!!!!! your posts are quite annoying to say the least. especially north of the city should be seeing 5-10" out of this with lolli's up to 12"
  5. honestly don't take this the wrong way but why do you have to nitpick everything everyone says.....someone said 3-5 but looking 10:1 it was like 2-4... come on dude give it rest. its a wonder why your a limited poster!!!!!!!!!
  6. I think in the past recon was given the go fly over their airspace or maybe I’m wrong?
  7. Josh is a crazy guy!! He’s really trying to penetrate the eye. Really hope he will be OK!!
  8. Yeah now they are handling it but once whomever gets into the eastern eye wall it’s not going to pretty. Don’t downplay a most likely disaster unfortunately for some with winds at 175 and gusts over 200. Also many have said a lot of the population lives way above sea level.
  9. Looks like that rain to the south over the Delmarva is more aimed towards LI and southern parts of the metro. I could be wrong but that’s what it looks like
  10. Yeah agreed. It looked earlier some of the western portion would make it into our area. However we do have some rain over eastern pa pushing east so we will see what we get out of that
  11. Hi neighbor rain has slowly started to pick up here. I still bet we somehow manage to pick up 2-3 inches out of this you can see the western area with some strong reflectivity that should push into our area. Obviously not like further south but we should get our fair share!
