Had 19 inches that month. Forgot about the 10 inches the first week with almost 40 OTG and ran the whole month with snow cover. Also ended the month with a 3 inches. I think we don't go unscathed . Winter isn't done

Funny 2 days ago models algos were showing rain but when you clicked on soundings, they were iso snow with a small warm layer at the surface. Snow sticks to snow absolutely no interest in asphalt, although it is probably frozen from last night, that is why NYC is accumulating on it.
