    45-55 mph gusts verified already in southern CT. For what it’s worth HRRR was spot on with timing and strength of the first batch of winds.

    There’s already a wide swath of 8-10” it’s just about 25 miles south of where it had it and not as widespread north to south. From Philly to NYC to HVN about 10-15 miles north to south.

    Great time to be right on the water in Misquamicut Beach, staying til Sunday PM at the Pleasant View right on the water. I wonder if they make us go home Saturday night with the threat of inundation after midnight.

    So jealous of you guys. I will officially finish out the month with 1.1” of rain, missed out on every heavy rain chance since Memorial Day while most of SNE had 2-5”.

    Just .30” here today. Got shafted on every rainfall this month here. Widespread 1-2” of rain across the whole state today besides some localized pockets that missed out.

    Headed to Misquamicut, Tuesday through Thursday. Curious to how much cooler it is this time of year. Just inland as we know 85-95 is forecast however, Euro is forecasting 60s all week with maybe some 70s Wednesday. Is it really that much cooler this time of year? I was expecting 70s.
