Was gonna say the battery is low...hence the message. You have that 123 battery in the ISS? Sometimes on a new station I've seen it not really "kick in" until the sun gets on the solar panel. You're receiving packets though because you're reporting rain. Make sure the temp/hum sensor is plugged into the right spot securely I guess.

What's on the bottom right of your console? You should be getting a letter X. Is it an R or L or nothing?
What a stretch that was. I just checked out the COOP forms up here and although we only had 11" in that we had 12.5" a few days later on 1/14. Then we had 15" in the blizz and only a 1/2" the rest of the month.
Not a classic inv trough, but that strong DPVA coming through with the upper level vortmax does converge winds a bit at the sfc. Like Scoot said, probably some SHSN as things destabilize a bit.
