The all-time November record was broke there last year with 68F on 11/1/2018. That was broken yesterday with 69F. The 72F+ will shatter that. Before today, their latest 72F+ on record was 75F on 10/28/1947 and their latest 70F was 10/30/1989. So this is pretty exceptional.

I know CON does that up here. I just wait it out as long as I can and let the wind blow them to the edges of the yard. Then I get out there before the first snow or late season wet stretch and finish them off with the blowing. Then I mow everything short and just mulch in the few stragglers leftover.

I was in Geneva NY for the relatively big 2010 one. I’m all set with anything bigger than that. Seeing brick buildings wiggle and rock around like jello wasn’t my idea of fun.

Yup. Those 2 low 70s in early Dec of 1998 and 2001 are impressive too. Nothing beats the 72° of New Year’s day 1876.

It's only been warmer than the current 75F at CON this late in the season two other times. 78F 11/7/1938 76F 11/20/1991 That 76F is still within reach.
