From ne forum Great interview on CNBC, Dr. Gottlieb given hope that we will be out of this soon.. basic timing, which I think is spot on April - Rough month May - Transition (post peak) June - Start to open things up again July - August - Mostly back to normal but putting out hot spots and preparing for the fall Fall 2020 - Likely see hot spots but we are ready and don't need to take drastic actions and also we have more therapies available.

I am absolutely Social distancing myself. Went to the grocery store today for essentials for myself and my parents. Wore gloves, sanitized everything. Have been washing my hands a million times. I will not be going anywhere for several more weeks, not a store, not anywhere. I just hope everyone else who does not have to go out to work has the same attitude. I am fortunate to be able to work from home and even work is being lax and even having virtual happy hours lol. I have become my parents parent lol, telling them a 100 times a day they cannot go anywhere. I'm 36, I do not smoke and I just had a physical where everything was good...only thing I worry about is I am overweight. I keep telling everybody who will listen, you may have cabin fever now, in this is not going to be over soon, but the more isolated we all are now will get this over quicker.

I to am working from home until further notice. One of my good friends put up a few Christmas things, I know some people think it's crazy but honestly Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year for many and this whole watching Christmas movies & listening to Christmas music honestly does cheer people up.

Shame on anyone that treats you badly!!! I don't know what's wrong with people, this mass htsteria buying was created by the public, not those who serve the public. I've actually been working from home since March 9th. We get one week to work from home a month (last week was my week) during which we have one Skype meeting with our boss to catch up on some stuff. However, effective this week until further notice, the entire office is working from home daily, so we have a quick daily 9am meeting on Skype. I literally texted my boss that I'm going to miss tomorrow's meeting because I have an aldi by my house that I want to get to as soon as they open to get a few essentials. I feel getting there right when they open is my best chance. It's ridiculous that I have to feel like Pa Ingalls out hunting in the wild, but that's what it's come to.

Oh yes, anytime I work from home I hear that from my friends and family who do not, that I have it made lol. I do understand the distracted and complacent part. As it is when I know my work from home week is coming up I plan my schedule a little lighter lol. Obviously to do it full time it would require a bit more discipline, but it's a discipline that I am ready for.

I love working from home, I would be curious to see if I did it full time if it wasn't "all it's cracked up to be" lol. We had already increased our work from home from a few days a month last year to one week a month this year. Again, I love it. But now that I have to work from home until at least March 30th, it will be interesting to see if I feel any sort of stir crazy or still absolutely love having no commute. Im a nature lover so I to go out to the parks regardless of where I'm working, I love getting fresh air.

That's crazy. At Detroit the total since 2011-12 is a 33.0" surplus. Going back to 2007-08, the last 10 years, Detroit has a surplus of 112.4"! That's assuming this season is done which it may not be. Does anyone have the avg for Toledo? I'd like to see their stats in that time frame. I know chicago is definitely a surplus but probably not quite as high. FYI the lowest back to back winters here was 1936-37 & 1937-38 with a total of 35.5" (12.9, all time lowest, followed by 22.6).

I loved last years tundra winter of deep snow, but outside of the massive Feb 1st snowstorm there werent really any big storms. Now 2013-14 on the other hand, that winter was a haven for one snowstorm after another, We had 6 storms over 6"+ here (4 of the 6 were over 8") so its crazy if Cleveland missed all of them.

Valdez is already the snowiest city in the US (avg 326") yet they are getting record snow for them. Meanwhile, the continental 48 so far this season has seen below to much below normal snowfall nearly across the board.
