  1. Looks like that band is moving slightly north. Should be over me shortly. I am stuck just south of the secondary band. Should be filling in.
  2. That reminds me of the LE band from January 2024 where I got 8 inches and someone got I think 11 in that band. Hope that band thru Wash CO just comes a few miles north. I think there are several on this board right along AGC and Wash Co border who would benefit.
  3. Yea, it sat there since like 1 am. I am going with 3.75 in here.
  4. I'm just down Clifton across from the church. Very heavy right now.
  5. There is a death band north of city, then this huge one from Steubenville thru Wash Co.
  6. These bands tonight mean business. Can't believe the news stations tonight were saying, snow won't be an issue. If things go well overnight I think I could hit 4 inches.
  7. Just went to shovel and measured 2 inches so far. Over performer so far.
  8. From Pgh met: impressive lapse rates and even some CAPE showing up for NYEve
  9. Nice, Pgh area upped to 4-6 range through Thursday am. I am sitting at about 1/3 inch so far today. Have lucked out with the snow sitting over my area.
  10. i think after the 7th is a bigger storm possibility. All northern stream stuff until then. CMC has had this look last two runs.
  11. Here is the current radar as compared to latest HRRR at this timeframe
  12. RDPS remains most bullish with combined squalls and clipper
  13. Looks like someone can pick up anywhere from an inch to 4 if they get in the right bands over next 2 days. Maybe slightly more in Cranberry and Butler Co.. 12z NAM suite is not as generous as the HRRR. A spotty inch or 2.
  14. Gonna be some nice squalls then Canadian likes the clipper.
  15. Looks like we could have a trackable clipper for New Year's then looks to be potential for a bigger storm from around 5th through 12th.
  16. Major storm bust for those in the east. WAA wins out again. NAM nailed the warm layers and most discounted it. Expected heavy snow but snow turned into sleet and freezing rain fest.
  17. Gotta wait until the cold front goes through on Monday hopefully kicking off some decent squalls again. Next week looks snow showery then something bigger could be in the mix around 5th thru 8th or so. EPS has pretty strong signal this far out. Something to track.
