    The thing is, unless you were living under a rock, you already knew going in it was going to be warmer than last year, so that really shouldn't be considered by anybody when gauging a success/failure for the season.

    Almost everybody advertised more snow. It took until I think February 12-16 for the majority of this forum to get to where it was more than last year.

    Compared to the last three winters, cannot be considered a failure unless you were expecting severa MECS and/or HECS, in which case, shame on you.

    MDT is currently in the top 10 (or bottom?) as to their mean temp in Feb....the coming weekend cold snap could act to push them out of it.   It is interesting weather.   Next week may push them back up though especially with the extra day this year. 
    It's going to be interesting being on the receiving end of a flogging.

    With each passing year I get to the point of wanting warmer (NOT hot) earlier and earlier. Sunny days this time of year are starting to feel awfully good outside. 
    I'll take straight into the oven at this point in life.

    Last week I had frozen marbles and this week I'm worried about boulders washing away in a tsunami? Oh well. Beats being cold.

    Basically my goal right now is to get a fire icon next to our thread on a clear day with blue skies where absolutely nothing could possibly be happening, just to have outsiders come out of curiosity to see what a plane crash looks like.

    Oh shit. I left out the important part.

    I'm a time traveler from the year 2047. I was sent by the Greater San Angeles Police Department to Philadelphia in the year 2032 to collect specific artifacts related to a criminal organization headed up by the former Simon Phoenix. During my time in 2032 Philadelphia, the lovechild of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift, a 90-foot tall behemoth weighing-in at 7 metric tonne, smashed the I-95 highway bridge while running to film an episode of New Heights podcast with Uncle Jason.

    Newly reelected president Josh Shapiro, having rebuilt that same bridge some years back as governor of PA, handed the blueprint for the original rebuild over to PA governor Matthew McGloin. Having had the shits of time travel, missing my family, and living a lie, I was on my way to commit suicide by throwing myself off the bridge on the day Kool Aid Kelce showed up, and the disappointment of my failed attempt to unalive myself only renewed my desire to carry on the mission.

    So yeah. It was fast.
