    I put it down in early May (maybe late April) Not much I can do at this point but hope it recovers someday. Not losing sleep over it. At some point I will have to order truckloads of soil and start over. Not this year.

    I had t heard about that until one of my students mentioned it the other day. I guess people have been doing this type of thing for quite a while and I hate mosquitoes. but I read Jurassic Park. Nature finds a way

    Very few skeeters here so far. We also had very few black flies during their typical peak (early to mid May). Lots and lots of hornets and wasps though. circle of life?

    Just had a yearly physical the other day. Doc told me I was on the cusp of what was apparently a not very good old MMR vaccine due to my age, and if I wanted a new one.

    I'm always fascinated by their radiating... considering they are close to the ocean, it must be entirely geology based... sand, sand, and more sand

    3 days in the 80s in June (others will get 4). Nothing obscene. Kinda boring. No thunderstorms, etc. for a bit

    Our daughter was in S VT doing her Field Work on the side of a mountain all day. Got caught in an hours long soaker. Fun times
