    Sunday was pretty cloudy most of the day in my area... rain moved in in the late afternoon

    Starting in my mid 40s I had occasional terrible back spasms/strains whatever’s. They were awful. Rest, heat, anti inflammatory OTC meds helped. I’ve started to do a lot more exercise in the past 18 or so months (since Covid hit) and try to do a bunch of core and stretching/yoga/Pilates type stuff along with weights. That has helped a ton.     It is definitely a mix of issues. Infrastructure, labor, too much of some materials in some places, not enough in others. Will take a couple of years to sort out methinks

    I helped to build a house that John Stephens ordered. I actually broke a toe when I dropped part of an oak staircase on it... which led to "toenail talk"...lol Rod Rust lived in a house near my parent's house (one that a friend lived in when we were kids)

    43.4F for the low at the nearest Davis station to me. Matched pretty well with my cheap unit (43.2) Just took the students outside for a bit. Spectacular day

    In any event, they should roll over NE on Sunday night... 42-12 or some such nonsense. On paper, I thought the Pats had put together a decent squad. They are not matched up well and the coaching is a mess. Maybe they sort it out and become a semblence of a competitive team.

    Yeah. We went for a hike yesterday morning and had to cut it short due to the mosquitoes. Can't recall them being this bad this late in the year before.
