Nah. Daughter is involved in a big volunteerism thing and we will be at the Auerbach training facility most of the day. We don't feel comfortable sending her in via MBTA commuter rail, subway, etc yet.

My wife has had it since she was 18, age 52 now. Multiple surgeries. Leads a full life. Tons of other major health issues but she will kick my ass in anything fitness related.

Yes if either a sibling or parent. I had asked about it with my doc because I had a grandmother die of it but he said it had to be closer. I got my first at 50. That was …interesting

It's our bread and butter. I'm thinking 40-60% of what you and I get for annual snowfall comes from them. But the term itself is really just an AmWx (and Eastern before that) thing
