    Man that EPS...not only a west based Nao block but is that a PNA and then a huge EPO ridge? Also doesn’t look super suppressed 50-50 doesn’t look too far south. Looks like a GREAT pattern for many from VA to ME.

    GYX doesn't see advisory snow here...more for central maine and the mountains of NH. I thought the models were a little snowier?

    Just have to hope for a colder trend for a few inches of snow and a crust, but I think a warm trend is more likely at this point

    and that is the EC and it has been warmest. Lets trend it to faster secondary and more snow. 3-6 snow and then some ice on top would work well. I think Scooters view is very much EMA on an east wind. Not necessarily a killer up here.

    Lots of different interpretations. WPC looks less snowy and icy until we’ll into NNE. GYX though looks pretty cold with snow and freezing rain for their areas with warm air not getting until the storm passes. They mention the possibility of a secondary forming off SNE. Maybe it is so far west with the primary that we can really warm much. Certainly not atmospheric river of high dews here.
