  1. 93 getting re-covered just south of exit 3. Beautiful look here with big piles and pretty low viz
  2. Drove down from Boscawen through concord to Manchester and now londonderry. 6.5 at my house to 8-10 concord to 20+ Manchester and 2 ft ish In londonderry. 93 in decent shape and now doing final leg to the airport via a bus to Logan. Light snow with pokes of fun but I will get to go they the final ema band in a few
  3. This has been mod to heavy for a while now and if we don’t lose the forcing radar says it will get heavier shortly. I have to drive to mht shortly -how were the roads?
  4. If this has legs we will know tomorrow morn
  5. Actually snowing hard here now for like more than 15 minutes. Probably broken 6 now and radar looks more uniform
  6. I was out on the morning walk and got into some moderate for 10 minutes, then a pause and moderate now. About 5.5 total. It is still backing in and what looks like a band might be forming from our ne and pushing west into CON now. Who knows. At least it is pretty, looks like winter, and is a low enough depth to walk without snowshoes.
  7. I’ll believe it when I’m shoveling it, or sweeping it off the steps which is more likely...or even more likely that I’m sweeping off the old snow that has blown into the steps. This round 2 has been dead to us since the downsloping started kicking in this morning
  8. Is it my imagination or has modeling been bad last couple of years when it comes to snowstorms? Or maybe I’m just paying more attention than I used to
  9. I mean hey, it would be nice but color me skeptical as these setups don't generally produce up this way....maybe your way will work
  10. sounds lovely but I don't see a sign of it on radar. That little band that was sitting here gave nothing but a few flurries. What time is that band supposed to set up and about when?
  11. You have just the kind of personality that could get me to do that.... but no. I will take pics though and post a picture of a clown. Workable?
  12. I'll believe that when I'm shoveling it.
  13. quite the gradient as the models showed, but I hoped we'd end on the right side. Like 8 in Bow I think. Looks like some band is moving towards us from the east but I'm only seeing flurries.
  14. Literally took 50 or so measurements and it looks like at least 4.75 so far. I have little faith in much of anything later but this is a nice start to winter
  15. That is reassuring for many given that the NAM has a reputation for being pretty good in these kind of scenarios in the short term yes? And it has more recent data than the last EC.
  16. Actually...now the northern edge just 20 miles south of me seems to be eroding. Oy... Measured 1.5" in like 5 spots at 8:30 fyi
  17. Yes I will say the northward progress is slow, but I think it will get me and Brian at least
  18. in so many ways... round 1 seems pretty good though. i think I'm near 2 inches, can't see the grass, and unless I'm weenieing out too much, I think the radar looks quite good with a decent shield of some steady moderate snow creeping north and just about to cross 89 and head towards CON and then me. Also a lot of redevelopment of echoes in ny and pa which I would image would move over this way whether or not we get a big coastal tomorrow night. I figure I'll get at least 6 out of this, and probably more, and that's a good start on the season on Dec 1.
  19. there's like 3 people on the board who live pwm on ne lol. March 2001 all over again but further north?
  20. Noticing more s to n motion on the radarshield as you f the precip shield is starting to rotate. Hoping this will serve to keep it snowing more continuously tomorrow
