Slant sticking , actually I usually find the official measurements are higher than what I have.

I had a craftsman lawn tractor, never did a damn thing to it and started for 15 years every single time. Only thing I did was sharpen the blades now and then.

I do it every time I fill my 5 gallon gas can, only time I don't is in the middle of summer when I know I'll empty it in a month.

My snow is kind of sticky, surprised because it was 26 during and only 28 now. Thank God I bought a new snowblower, what a dream, ate through the snow like it was buttah, just have to get used to the stick shift auger.

You can try that before you get more involved but like JC said, 90% of the time it's the carb.

The banks are always the worst, especially when you 15-20 inches and it's not powdery, its usually a heavy snow.

Sounds like the carb just needs a cleaning, check you tube on how to do it, that's how I did my old one.

You may need to get a bigger machine. i went as big as I could when I bought mine last year, sick of the blower bogging down and getting clogged.
